Swap your axis. Make things up and down, people like reading left to right, long running charts left to right are more complex to use than a more mobile friend up and down scroll.
This chart is one more step forward.
I know that seems extreme. But i've tested this! I worked 100+ engagements in Tableau and everyone had me swap the bars to this direction. CTRL+W!
